I went deer hunting in the Fall and got a nice 10 pointer. I decided to have some of the venison made into breakfast sausage so you guessed it I substituted the pork sausage for the venison sausage. WOW UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I just didn't use any BBQ sauce because I didn't want to mask the flavor of the 2 meats marrying their flavors together in the smoker.
