		<description>Well I was going to apologize for Bastardizing the Bacon Explosion with my version but seeing someone trying it with hamburger.........I won&#039;t. I went deer hunting in the Fall and got a nice 10 pointer. I decided to have some of the venison made into breakfast sausage so you guessed it I substituted the pork sausage for the venison sausage. WOW UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I just didn&#039;t use any BBQ sauce because I didn&#039;t want to mask the flavor of the 2 meats marrying their flavors together in the smoker. Excellent for the Wild Game Gastronomic Palate!</description>

		<description>I made two logs yesterday for our annual Memorial day fest. They came out perfect after 6hrs at lower temp. Everyone tried them and loved them from 2 yr olds up. The bacon explosion was was better than I could ever imagine.</description>

		<description>The one thing I changed about the recipe was the addition of shredded pepperjack cheese in the middle.  I put it on the sausage under the cooked bacon.  Shredding the cheese is crucial for proper rolling later and it is important to make sure you seal the sausage around the cheese completely.  If you have a leak once the bubbling starts you got real problems.</description>
