I’ve got bacon-wrapped tenderloins marinating right now. I’ve also set aside some ahi tuna steaks, and buffalo burgers!

I’ve been reading up, so I have a few techniques I’d like to try. Getting better every time!

Saturday has to be St. Louis style spare ribs. Loving that with Smokin’ Guns Hot. Wrapping w/ apple juice, butter and brown sugar.
Starting Sat. night, for Sunday lunch, a big 16 lb. brisket. Rubbing that down with some Plowboy’s Bovine Bold.
Its going to be a Tri-Tip Monday. Seasoned w/ salt, pepper and garlic.

An exceptional giveaway, to say the least!

So far this weekend, we grilled two burger recipes from Southern Living as a head to head challenge. Last night I smoked two pork butts. Tomorrow I’ve got 4 chickens to cook, I think I’m smoking two and doing 2 on a rotisserie.
