		<description>Your rubs look tasty. I do have to say that I prefer to make my own. Anyone who is seriously into smoking should take GREAT pride in making up their own rubs, and making their own BBQ sauces for that matter. I do, if pressed for time use a store bought sauce. But nothing gives me more pleasure than topping off a fine piece of meat I have worked all day on with my own sauce. It really wows the friends and family too!</description>
